Libary Cards:
A Paulding County Carnegie Library card is needed to check out books and other materials. This card will get you access to the Antwerp, Payne, Paulding, and Oakwood libraries.

You must be an Ohio resident to get a card. If applying for a card, please bring some proof of address and a photo ID. A driver's license is preferred. A card will be mailed out to you.

Just stop in during regular hours and one of the librarians will help you.
